
GO-TO CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
💛3 tbsp of chia
💛1/2 scoop of protein powder @gardenoflifecanada
💛1 tbsp of collagen @organikahealth
💛1 cup of almond milk
💛Sprinkle of cinnamon @chasorganics
💛frozen wild blueberries
💛drizzle of almond butter
Instructions
1. Add 3 tbsp of chia into a jar or bowl
2. Blend almond milk with protein powder, collagen and cinnamon
3. Add liquid mix to chia seeds. Stir well and store in the fridge.
4. In the morning stir the gelatinized chia pudding once more and top with frozen blueberries and a drizzle of almond butter.

BANANA BREAD OVERNIGHT ZOATS
Ingredients:

1/3 cup of rolled oats

1 tbsp of ground flax seeds

2 tbsp of grated zucchini
-
1 tsp of cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
-
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-
1 tbsp of raw pecan or walnut butter (almond will work if you don't want to buy the other ones)

1/2 banana chopped into small bight size pieces (quarters)

3/4 cup of almond milk

Instructions

Add oats, flax and zucchini to a jar

Add almond milk, pecan or walnut butter, cinnamon and nutmeg to a blender and blend until well mixed

Add the almond milk mixture to the dry ingredients in the jar. Stir until well combined.

Add in banana pieces and shake or stir one more time
-
Put the lid on and store in fridge over night. Enjoy in the morning!
